The perfect gift

Last night I went over to Mandi and Adam's house to watch their kiddies so they could go to a bishops interview. Brooke and Cameron were both asleep when they left. Brookie stayed that way the whole time but Cameron was up and crying within ten minutes of them leaving-- which is ok. I don't mind- babies cry. So I changed him and was bouncing him and was fine after that (except a little gas) And he just stared at me. It was precious and priceless. He is a beautiful baby and I loved just getting to be able to hold him and take care of him even if it was for a half hour or so. Mandi gave me pictures of the kids that they had taken last week. They are too cute not to post.. plus i like to brag about my adorable nieces and nephews.

Brett got off work at 9 and came over to Mandi's to hang out with me till they got back. He had a present for me. He had told me in California that he was going to draw me a picture from the trip for my birthday. (The whole trip was my birthday gift so I didn't get anything else except dinner) But I wasn't holding my breath or expecting him to really do it. But there it was-- he had bought a frame for it and it took my breath away. I was so excited. Brett is a very very talented artist. He has drawn me pictures like-- one of our engagement pictures, a picture of Christ, and a picture of the Salt Lake Temple. This one is so cute. It has some of My favorite things about the trip-- The baby panda bear and the giraffe that made funny faces from the zoo. Shamu from Sea World, the Castle from Disneyland, Even the picture of when we put our feet in the sand. It is the greatest present ever. Thanks Baby! I love you so much!
